Who pays what?
The homeowner pays the €39 assurance contribution including VAT upfront, when activating the request. It is refunded if fewer than three valid quotes come in and settled against the quote of the professional they hire. The professional pays the 3% success fee. A professional never pays per request or per quote.
When do I pay?
At most twice: the €39 contribution upfront, when you activate your request, and the job itself, when you accept a quote. The full amount including VAT is on your screen before each confirmation.
What does a capped success fee mean?
The 3% does not run on indefinitely. Per job the maximum is €399 including VAT. A €50,000 job therefore costs the professional the same as a €13,300 one.
Are prices VAT inclusive?
Every amount on this page includes 21% VAT: it is what you actually pay, with nothing added on top. The invoice shows the VAT portion separately, so a VAT-registered tradesperson can simply deduct it.
Is there a subscription?
No. There are no monthly costs and no credits that expire.
