Getting started
A Belgian marketplace for home services. You describe a job, verified professionals send quotes, and you choose who does the work. You pay the professional you hire directly, on their invoice.
Across Belgium: Flanders, Brussels and Wallonia. Professionals set their own service area by municipality or postcode, so you only see the ones who actually come to you.
Dutch, French, German, English, Turkish, Russian and Polish. Switch language in the header; your requests and quotes keep working across languages.
Posting a request and asking questions is free. Once we have found suitable professionals, you as the homeowner activate your request with the Tamam Assurance Contribution of €39 including VAT, paid upfront. If fewer than three valid quotes come in, we refund it automatically. If you hire a professional through Tamam, it is settled in full against their quote, so it is not added on top. If you choose no one from three or more quotes, Tamam keeps the contribution for the matching. The 3% success fee is for the professional, with a maximum of €399 including VAT. The full amount is on your screen before you confirm.
For homeowners
Click Post a job, describe the work in text, photos or voice, and answer the follow-up questions. The request goes to verified professionals in your area within minutes.
It sorts the job into a category, asks the questions a professional would ask (surface, materials, access, timing) and writes a structured summary. Professionals see that summary, so quotes are comparable.
By category, service area (your municipality or postcode) and availability. Only professionals with a verified company and VAT number receive requests.
The total price including VAT, the platform contribution and the success fee, plus the professional's description and timing. The amount on screen is the amount you pay.
No. You can leave a request open, ask more questions in the chat, or close it. Nothing is charged until you accept a quote.
Open a dispute from the job page; no deadline applies to it. tamam.be mediates between you and the professional. Because you pay the professional directly, tamam.be cannot withhold or refund the amount of the job itself.
For professionals
Register your business for free with your KBO/CBE number, add specialities and service area, and upload your documents. After verification you receive matching requests in your dashboard.
Your company number against the official KBO/CBE register and your VAT number via VIES. The verification dates are shown on your public profile. Uploaded documents such as extracts and insurance certificates are stored encrypted.
No. Receiving requests, sending quotes and messaging are free. You pay the contribution and the capped success fee only on a job that actually goes ahead; both are shown to the customer in the quote.
A limited number, shown during registration and in your profile. Pick the ones you actually do; matching quality matters more than reach.
The professional invoices the customer for the job directly, with their own invoicing software. tamam.be issues Peppol e-invoices only for what professionals buy from tamam.be, such as credit packs.
Payments and fees
The job itself is paid directly to the professional, on their invoice and the payment terms in their quote. tamam.be does not charge you the amount of the job.
No. You pay the professional directly, on their invoice and on the payment terms in their quote. That money never passes through tamam.be. Only pay for work that matches the quote; if it does not, open a dispute from the job page and we mediate.

Safety and privacy
Processed in the EU under the GDPR. Your address is shared only with the professional you choose. The public map shows professionals at their municipality centre, never a home address.
Documents are encrypted at rest and visible only to the parties on the job and to the tamam.be team when verifying.
Only the customer who awarded the job to the professional, once the quote is accepted. That keeps reviews tied to real jobs.
Your account
Yes, from your profile settings. Open jobs must be closed first; invoices are kept as long as the law requires.
Quotes, appointments and dispute notices go by email. Verification also keeps fake accounts off the platform.
